You can select between 'Insurance Order' or 'Private Order', upload a photo or PDF of your doctor prescription (and Emirates ID if claiming insurance), choose your delivery location, and submit. A licensed Apotec pharmacist will contact you to verify details before dispatching.
Yes. Under Section 6 of our Privacy Policy, prescription records are treated as strictly confidential. Only authorized licensed pharmacists and healthcare professionals handling your order can view your prescription uploads.

Apotec Pharmacy supports Cash on Delivery (COD), Card on Delivery (CARD), and Online Payment (ONLINE) via major credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard).
Yes! Cash on Delivery is supported across the UAE for over-the-counter (OTC) products, wellness items, and verified prescription medications.
All online transactions are processed through encrypted, trusted third-party payment gateways. Apotec Pharmacy does not store complete debit or credit card details on its servers.
Orders above AED 29 qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. For orders below AED 29, a standard AED 5 shipping charge applies.
Instant Express Delivery carries an AED 3 fee. If there is a verified delay in delivery beyond the estimated window, the AED 3 instant delivery fee is automatically refunded back to your Apotec App Wallet.
All cold-chain medications, vaccines, and biological items are transported in specialized temperature-regulated medical cooler boxes to maintain efficacy and safety.
Products purchased online through the website or app may be returned within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of delivery, provided items are unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice.
For patient safety and hygiene regulations in the UAE, prescription medicines, temperature-regulated products, perishable items, opened baby milk, cosmetics, and personal hygiene products cannot be returned once delivered.
Once approved, refunds to credit/debit cards take 7 to 15 business days depending on your bank. Refunds for Cash on Delivery purchases are credited to your Apotec Wallet or Bank Transfer.
