Terms of Service

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering accounts independently.
• Account Information: You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current information during registration (including name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and payment details). You are restricted to maintaining a single account linked to your name.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Third-Party Registration: If registering on behalf of another person, you warrant that you hold full legal authority to do so.

• General Information: All product descriptions, specifications, and content provided on Apotec E-Platforms are for general informational purposes only and do not substitute professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist regarding specific treatments.
• Prescriptions: Orders for Prescription-Only Medicines (POM) require a valid, verified prescription issued by a licensed medical practitioner.
• Product Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, require verification, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

• Order Cancellation: General orders can be cancelled before processing begins. Instant orders carry a strict cancellation window of up to 5 minutes from placement.
• Return Eligibility: Items purchased online must be returned within 3 days of delivery. In-store returns must be made within 7 days.
• Condition of Return: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels and seals intact, accompanied by the original invoice.
• Non-Returnable Items: Medicines, prescription items, cold-chain products, perishable items, and opened wearables/hygiene products are strictly non-returnable.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your Apotec Application Wallet or original payment card within bank timelines (typically 7 working days).

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) issued within the UAE, digital payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
• Card Security: Cards used must belong to the user placing the order, or explicit legal permission must be secured from the cardholder. Apotec Pharmacy holds no liability for fraudulent card usage.

All content, design, graphics, text, logos, interfaces, icons, and software displayed on Apotec E-Platforms are the exclusive property of Apotec Pharmacy or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial exploitation, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• "As Is" Basis:The Apotec E-Platforms and all associated products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Apotec Pharmacy, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or products.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apotec Pharmacy, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or misuse of the Apotec E-Platforms.
